*We ask that at any puppy of ours, any age, be brought back to us should buyer not be able to keep him/her. We do not want any dog we have produce to end up in the shelter, pound or craigslist. We would never knowingly sell our pups with a broker or puppy mill

• *I take weekly photos of the babies so you can watch them grow. This can be quite an event. Please be kind. 
• This usually requires baths, clipping nails, changing ribbons, getting puppies to be still (HA), getting the pics on my computer, getting them moved to my website builder, getting them posted.  If the weather is good I take them outside, better lighting. 

*Puppies will come with a goodie bag, with food they have been eating (wholesomes chicken and rice), a folder with akc reunite microchip info, copies of parents health testing, shots and worming record, health guarantee/sales agreement, sample of vitamins. 

*My puppies get a neopar shot at 5 weeks old (it covers parvo and builds their ammune systems), and then another shot from the vet before leaving me. I am more comfortable knowing they have 2 shots before leaving. Some breeders give them a shot and send them out the door and think this covers themselves should puppy get sick they can say "I didnt sell a sick puppy, it had its shots"  A puppy is not safe or covered with only one shot so Please Dont Take Them to a pet store or  dog park thinking they are magically covered.  

*All litters are registered with AKC, and papers are paid for by me. Your puppy will be registered with AKC and microchipped with AKC  reguardless of being bought for pet or breeding rights.  I let you name your puppy but it must include SUGARLAND in the registered name. I can transfer your puppy in your name at pick up or a few days later. I need your Full Name, Address, Email, Phone, and puppies registered name. If Im missing 1 piece of info from you I cant hit "transfer".   I do work alot and am pretty busy so I  will update AKC registeration as I  get a chance. There is no rush because they are alreay paid for. I assure you this is not that "I will get you the papers later" and you learn later one of the parents was not even registered. 

*Puppy pick ups are scheduled for the weekend that falls between the puppies (7th and 8th) week age. Some exceptions can be made just ask me. If your puppy should need to stay past pick up weekend... We ask that they be paid for on or by pick up weekend.   Pick ups are done at our home and the address will be given before hand.  *or we can meet you. We do this often. 

*Why would I require for you to give a daily vitamin in order for the 2 year hip  guarantee to be valid? Good question. I always gave my children a daily vitamin to help ensure they were getting everything they need incase their diet was not providing everything. Bad hips can be genetic, and/or hard work at a young age, too much jumping, over weight,  an injury etc... I have strong opinions on this subject but this might be the place for it. It comforts me to know if you commit a few pennies a day to provide your dog a very beneficial vitamin,  that you are paying close attention to your dog, their nutrition and treating them right. In the 6 years Ive used nuvet vitamins I have not had a sick dog.

• WE TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION TO KEEP OUR BABIES SAFE FROM GERMS. WE KEEP TRAFFIC DOWN TO A MINIMUM. WE ALLOW DEPOSIT HOLDERS TO VIEW BABIES AROUND 6 WEEKS IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO MEET AND CHOOSE WHICH PUPPY THEY WANT. PUPPIES WILL NOT LEAVE AT THIS TIME.   I DO NOT ALLOW RANDOM STRANGERS TO COME SEE OUR DOGS.     MY PUPPY PEOPLE ARE DEPENDING ON ME TO KEEP THEIR FUTURE FAMILY MEMBER SAFE.
